Fairness comes first
No matter what we do in the context of ReRolled, fairness is always the driving force behind every decision. There is no need to lay out every affected scenario. When time comes to make a fair decision, you will know.
(…again)
The band is getting back together. Same people, worse reflexes.
The ReRolled guild credo
A very short list of values and goals the guild aims to uphold. If you disagree with any of them, get in touch and let's talk about it.
No matter what we do in the context of ReRolled, fairness is always the driving force behind every decision. There is no need to lay out every affected scenario. When time comes to make a fair decision, you will know.
It's not 2007, we're all busier than we were last time ReRolled was active. Whenever arrangements are made, be mindful of everybody's time. We all need to plan our time in Azeroth carefully. Don't waste it.
Actions carry intentions. Intentions carry thought processes. You don't always think like your friends. When situations seem questionable at first, don't forget this. Assume good intentions, or simply mistakes. Everyone makes them. Malice is the last option.
It's not free. Arrangements of any kind require commitment — from all parties. Value others' commitment — especially to time — as you do your own.
Our everyday approach is relaxed, and life always comes before the game. When we do gather for events, we take things seriously and work as a team towards the common goals.
The way you treat not only your peers but also fellow players outside of ReRolled matters more than ever. We only have one server. We only have one reputation. Tarnish it and we all will suffer the consequences for the remainder of our time in Azeroth.
WoW Forever reimagines Azeroth, and much of it will surprise us just like it did back then: new stories, strange new items, quest givers hidden behind that one tree, bosses with moves nobody saw coming. Some of us don't mind knowing the ending before opening the book. Some do. So explore as far ahead as you like, but keep what you find to yourself. Nobody gets to spoil someone else's sense of mystery and wonder, in any way, shape or form.
Roster recovery
The comeback manifesto
Drafted by committee in a Discord thread over four months. It ran to 4,000 words. This is the edit.
We were never the “best” guild on the realm. But let's face it, we were da best guild on the realm. Who else can claim to have broken an entire server!
Twenty years ago some guys came together, formed a guild and marched on Blackrock Spire. A bunch of people in way too colorful armor, wielding weapons that looked more like toys than deadly murder instruments. But we had a plan — kill Ragnaros, because “he had a quest”.
After a few weeks of never charging out of the healers' range, always staying in all the circles when necessary, and sweating so much that our chairs couldn't absorb any more of it, we got it done — we had cleared The Molten Core.
After that, we kind of got lost in the wind, came back “not prepared”, slapped a weird blood elf's butt and called it a day for good. Then the servers kept running and we quietly stopped showing up.
All of these years, however, we all had a feeling. We had that feeling. Whenever we saw some old screenshots, the nostalgia hit home like a truck. What we miss isn't the loot. Nobody cries after some Arcanite bars or the lost roll on the Judgement armor shoulder piece.
What we miss is eight people in voice chat at 22:40 on a Wednesday, all slightly too invested, all laughing at something that does not survive being explained to a partner standing in the doorway asking if we are coming to bed.
So: <ReRolled> rolls again — slower, greyer, significantly better chairs. We are not chasing a rank. We are chasing a Wednesday.
Signed, the four of us who still had each other's contacts
(and the nerves to pull this through)
There was a resto druid who never used rejuvenation. A hunter never spoke a word and whose pet was named after her cat, which outlived the guild. A rogue who turned out to be a soldier of fortune, and a shaman who needs better defense against thrown shoes.
We're not printing names. If you recognised yourself in that paragraph — or felt briefly accused — you're on the roster. Come and claim your spot in the Discord and we'll put you back in the sheet.
What we're doing at launch
Raid nights are not set. That's on purpose — we'll pick them once we know who's actually here.
No race to cap. We will be the guild standing in a field, mounts out, discussing absolutely nothing for forty minutes.
Week 1Four DPS and a holy paladin. If it takes two hours, it takes two hours.
WheneverOne evening a week, or every two weeks, maybe less, who really knows. Chosen by the people who actually turn up.
Once we're 20+This is the product. Everything above is logistics in service of this.
Indefinitely

Realm & faction
WoW Forever is one mega-server, so there's no realm to argue about — only a ruleset. We're genuinely undecided between Normal, RP and PvP, and we'll pick whatever the majority prefers. Whichever way it lands, we all go together — that part matters more than the answer.
Who this is for
One thing to do
No application. No trial. No spreadsheet of your parses. Turn up, say hello, and then argue with us about the ruleset like everyone else.
